The Following is our Standard Return Policy:

We accept returns on merchandise within 15 days. Each return has to have RMA Number  return merchandise authorization number) for us to be able to process your exchange or refund. All returns with out an RMA number will be refused.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a refund or exchange within 15 days from date you received your original package.  (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). If you do not send items in the condition that you received them, (ie. Bags and Tags) then items will be sent back to you. Return labels will be provided for exchanges ONLY. Please provide your invoice/order number in the email along with your reason for exchange. 

Exchange return label - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.

If there is any existing shipping label, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.

Attach your new return label to the shipping box.

Please write your order # on the outside of your package  

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 10- business days after  it is received) and then  your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14  business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

 

Shipping Policy

 

Once your place your order you can track its status in our backend, entering your order id and your email. We will contact you within 3 business days after you placed your order to confirm your order and give you shipping estimate on your order. You credit card will NOT be charged untill we confirm your order with you. 

We ship all merchandise with  USPS  shipping with tracking number and signature confirmation.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
